From Vision to Reality

At 254Homes, our journey began with a simple but powerful idea — to make finding a home in Kenya easier, faster, and more reliable. We saw the frustrations Kenyans faced trying to navigate the traditional real estate market: unreliable listings, unclear pricing, and wasted time physically searching for your perfect house. So we set out to build a solution that changes the way people buy, sell, and rent property.

What started as a conversation among friends in Nairobi soon became a mission to bring transparency and trust back into the property search experience.
